Progressive Dining Group is a full service, food and beverage hospitality company founded in 2004. In addition to owning and operating ten restaurants and night clubs in the Chicagoland area, PDG operates as both a commercial and private Food Service Provider (FSP). PDG can customize a menu to fit any of our client’s needs in terms of both style and quantity. Our services include, but are not limited to, school meal programs, weddings, showers, graduation parties, corporate events, fundraisers and any other special event that requires meal planning, preparation and service. In addition to food and beverage services, we also specialize in full scale event planning and coordination. In the Spring of 2015, Progressive Dining Group was proud to be awarded a five year contract as the new FSP for the Indiana University Northwest campus. PDG is responsible for all campus wide dining facilities, including the RedHawk Cafe (main cafeteria) and Little RedHawk Cafe (library cafe), as well executing all catering initiatives. Within these facilities, faculty, staff and students are able to experience a "food court" atmosphere, consisting of the following brands such as Jelly Pancake House, Ole Mexican Grill and Grecian Pizza.
